Curriculum

Montessori

The Montessori curriculum is an educational approach that emphasizes child-centered, hands-on learning. It allows children to learn at their own pace within a prepared environment designed to encourage independence, responsibility, and self-discipline. Teachers act as guides rather than lecturers, observing and supporting each child’s individual development. The curriculum focuses on key areas such as practical life skills, sensorial activities, language, mathematics, and cultural studies, helping children develop academic skills alongside social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Primary

The CBSE primary syllabus (Classes 1-5) focuses on foundational skills in core subjects like English, Hindi, and Mathematics, alongside Environmental Studies (EVS), emphasizing reading, writing, basic numeracy (numbers, addition, subtraction), and environmental awareness through engaging activities, preparing students for higher grades with a blend of cognitive, creative, and physical development. The curriculum, now aligned with the NEP's 5+3+3+4 structure, also incorporates Computer Studies, Arts, Health & Physical Education, and sometimes a third language to build core competencies and an interest in learning.

High School

The CBSE syllabus for Classes 6-8 provides foundational learning in core subjects like Math, Science, English, Hindi, and Social Science, introducing more complex concepts with a focus on NCERT textbooks, while also integrating essential Skill Education (like AI, Marketing) and Value Education for holistic development, aiming to build critical thinking and practical skills through topics such as early civilizations, basic finance, and creative arts.
